About us

Jobs4ExPolice was conceived out of the lack of support offered to colleagues transitioning out of police careers. Designed by a blending of the experiences of a retired police officer and an in-house recruitment expert, we have now been joined by a former member of police civilian staff, our very own ‘super organiser’, to ensure that we make our service the best it can be.

Structured around your needs, we provide advice, products and services to support you as you transition to your new role.  We also have a unique candidate directory, to showcase your skills to employers and recruitment agencies.

To keep costs low, we don’t have fancy offices – just an online platform to help you decide what you want to do next and helpful advice via phone or Skype.

We are honoured to be of service to you and you can read more about each of us below:

Throughout this time, he enjoyed a wide variety of roles and gained much experience in dealing with difficult situations and people in various states of transition and change.

Having been trained as a coach and mentor by the renowned Metropolitan Police Leadership Academy, he has helped a number of people make positive changes to their careers both within and outside the police service.

Alongside his professional career, he has also either run or supported his family businesses.
